I offer an ‘inside-out’ approach when meeting with groups/individuals tapping into an understanding of how to access and maintain innate well-being.  Every interaction is tailored to every individual’s needs including but not limited to Stress Reduction, Conflict Resolution, effective communication skills, enhanced harmony with a measurable increase in self-esteem and healthy productivity.

This is offered through an in-depth discussion of where all human experiences originate, how to recognize internal conflict as it presents itself and how best to alleviate issues that keep us from reaching our full potential.

My background as a social worker/case manager in the field of conflict resolution, domestic violence, effective co-parenting, and working with individuals suffering from debilitating addictive behaviors has helped me hone my understanding and discussion of where all human suffering originates.  Once this understanding is known every individual has a shift in their thinking without any effort, creating an immediate sense of psychological well-being.  And isn’t this what we all hope for?

My degree and work in Social Work has been focused on working with people who are in acute crises.  I earned a Certificate, after a 3 year study through the Department of Drugs and Alcohol Services, Santa Clara County, to teach the 3 Principles which clarifies psychological thinking, I”ve worked extensively in domestic violence resolution and currently facilitate groups for individuals and parents who are struggling emotionally.

Outcomes are immediate as this “inside-out” approach recognizes that every person as the potential to tap into a specific and natural “good feeling” state of mind.  Individuals have insights that are rarely reached through externally applied strategies and techniques. People realize their best potential when they begin to recognize that the internal conflicts they experience are simple creations of their own thinking.

  • Trainings and public speaking engagements – Discussing but not limited to avoiding or removing ourselves from conflict, decrease burn-out, and increase innate well-being.
  • Coaching – Offering 1:1 coaching to anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the 3 Principles which clarifies all human experiences and is the “inside-outside out” approach towards mental stability.  I’ve mentored many individuals from homelessness, addiction and conflict into a more meaningful and peaceful state of mind.
  • Consulting: Individually assessed – I meet with individuals, couples, groups to discuss how to establish and maintain a sense of well-being.
